As a bilingual Spanish/English counselor, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals and families in achieving their personal and relational goals. My clinical expertise spans working with children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of emotional, relational, and systemic challenges. These include anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, trauma-related concerns, and behavioral difficulties, especially in school settings. I take a personalized approach to therapy, collaborating closely with children, teens, parents, and adults to develop tailored treatment plans that address each person’s unique needs and circumstances.
I am passionate about empowering clients to overcome obstacles and realize their full potential. Through fostering a positive, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic relationship, I work to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can thrive. My approach is holistic and systemic, focusing on strengthening the connection between individuals and their communities to promote lasting change and personal growth.
I was raised in Georgia and completed both my bachelor’s degree in psychology and my master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling at Georgia State University. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy staying active through exercise, playing sports, and challenging myself with obstacle races. I am often described by others as approachable, empathetic, and trustworthy, qualities that I bring to every counseling session.
